Returns We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Please note that custom orders and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. This includes items made specifically to your measurements, custom color choices, or any other personalized features requested at the time of order. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

How to Start a Return To start a return for a standard item, contact us at [peonija92@gmail.com]. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
